Spec2Sign is priced per creator: testers, client approvers and readers are free and unlimited on paid plans. Prices exclude VAT.

  • Free — €0 : 1 project, 50 AI credits / month, 2 guests, Watermarked acceptance report.
  • Pro — 39 € per month (per creator) / 390 € per year : Unlimited projects, 600 AI credits / creator, Unlimited guests, Excel export & re-import, Impact analysis.
  • Team — 129 € per month (5 creators included · +€25) / 1290 € per year : Everything in Pro, 4,000 pooled credits, 3,000 pages / month, Priority support.
  • Company — on quote : SAML SSO (V2), White label (V2), Specific DPA, Dedicated SLA.

Pricing questions

Do I pay for every tester?

No. Only creators (owner, administrators and creators) take a paid seat. Testers, client approvers and readers are free and unlimited on paid plans.

What are AI credits?

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits, used to generate the acceptance test book, analyse the impact of a specification change or extract a document. Packs of 500 credits are available for €19 excl. VAT.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
